Booking with SchoolCloud: Book your appointments online, in a few clicks

Glebelands uses SchoolCloud, an online booking system, for all Parents' Evening appointments. It replaces paper reply slips and lets you choose your own appointment times directly with your child's teachers — no more chasing forms back to school. You can find a link to the online platform on our Quick Links to the top right of the website.

How it works

Wait for the invitation. Ahead of each Parents' Evening, we'll email you with the booking window and a link to log in.
Log in to SchoolCloud using the details that match what we hold on record for you (usually your child's details). If these don't match, you won't be able to log in — so please make sure the school has your current contact details.
Choose your appointment times with each of your child's teachers. You can select from the available slots and build a schedule that works for your evening.
Receive a confirmation email with your full appointment schedule, so you've got everything in one place.

In-person or video call?

Depending on the event, appointments are usually in-person at school. If it is an online event, we will offer via video call directly through your browser — no extra app or software needed. Details of the format will be included in your invitation email.

A few things to know

Book early. Popular time slots go quickly, so we'd recommend booking as soon as the window opens to get the times that suit you best.
Bookings usually close shortly before the event itself — check your invitation email for the exact cut-off time.
Missed the booking window or need to make a change? Contact the school office directly and we'll help sort it.
Accessibility needs for an in-person appointment? Let the school office know in advance so we can make sure everything's in place for you.
