Bromcom - Our Information System

All of the information about your child's time in school is now available on our new system - Bromcom.   

Glebelands is a cashless school.  We have moved to Bromcom and their parental system 'My Child At School' (MCAS).  The following can now all be seen on MCAS:

  • View Attendance
  • Timetables
  • Homework
  • Commendations, behaviour points and any detentions
  • Trip payment*
  • Dinner Money
  • Purchase goods e.g. School Production Tickets, Specialist Art Material
  • Communication - letters home and weekly reminders.
  • GCSE results - until their account is deactivated.

(* The Iceland trip in November 2025 is the last remaining trip to be paid on SCOPay.)

When your child joins the school, they will receive a registration email during the first full week of term in September for their access to Bromcom. Once registered, you can access the system on a PC, tablet, or you can download their app from Google Play or App Store. To login please see our Quick Links on our website in the top right-hand corner where both parents and students can log into Bromcom.  

Glebelands is now cashless apart from charity collections days.  The benefits of using MCAS are:

  • Your child won’t have to carry cash for trips or canteen payments;

  • No more hunting for change.

  • Payments can be easily tracked and you can see your child’s canteen balance and view transactions on-line any time.

  • Budgeting is made easier as you can pay money into your account to spend as and when require

  • Easier sign up to trips

  • Bromcom is a 'one stop shop' for all information from the school.
