Bromcom & SCOPay

SCOPay has been our main online, trip consent, payment and communication system, but we are migrating to Bromcom.

Glebelands is a cashless school.  We are migrating to Bromcom and their parental system 'My Child At School' (MCAS).  As we migrate over, these are the systems and their current use:

  • Receive communication from the school via email - Bromcom from 2nd June 2025 (Year 11s are remaining on SCOPay until they finish their GCSEs)

  • For children to see their homework - Bromcom

  • Top up school dinner money directly to our caterer - SCOPay until the end of July and then Bromcom from September 2025

  • Pay and give consent for school trips - Glebelands is a ‘cashless’ school, and we do not accept cash or cheques for trips. Moving over to Bromcom for trips that take place from September 2025.  All existing trips will remain on SCOPay.

  • Purchase goods e.g. School Production Tickets, Specialist Art Materials SCOPay and roll over toBromcom from September 2025.

When your child joins the school, we will send you an online registration letter for our online system SCOPay until July 2025 Any new students after September 2025 will receive a registration email during the first full week of term in September for Bromcom and their parental platform My Child At School.

Once registered, you can access the system on a PC, tablet, or you can download their app from Google Play or App Store. To login please see our Quick Links on our website in the top right-hand corner where both parents and students can log into Bromcom.  

The benefits of using SCOPay or Bromcom are:

  • Your child won’t have to carry cash for trips or canteen payments;

  • No more hunting for change.

  • Payments can be easily tracked and you can see your child’s canteen balance and view transactions on-line any time.

  • Budgeting is made easier as you can pay money into your account to spend as and when require

  • Easier sign up to trips

  • Bromcom will eventually be a 'one stop shop' for all information from the school.
